Dirkie is the creative eye and heart behind Light Painters.
He earned his degree in Photography from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in 2016, but his love for photography started long before that โ snapping photos as a teenager and never putting the camera down since.
While Dirkie has a deep passion for Real Estate Photography and the incredible people he meets along the way, his true happy place is behind the lens in nature.
Heโs especially drawn to Wildlife Photography and often finds himself in the Kruger National Park, camera in hand, soaking in every moment.
With a sharp eye for detail and a love for storytelling through visuals, Dirkie brings warmth, professionalism, and creativity to every shoot โ whether itโs a beautiful home, a bustling event, or a lion on the move.
